The GLF host the first London Pride event on the anniversary of the Stonewall riots.

On 1 July 1972, London's first official Pride march took place, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York. Organised by the Gay Liberation Front, it was one of the earliest Pride events held outside the United States and marked a pivotal moment in spreading the global movement for LGBTQ+ rights.
