Peggie v NHS Fife: Tribunal Rules on Trans Access to Changing Rooms

An employment tribunal ruled on nurse Sandie Peggie's claims against NHS Fife following a confrontation with a trans woman colleague in a women's changing room. The tribunal upheld one harassment claim against NHS Fife for its handling of the complaint process, but dismissed all claims against the trans colleague and found it was lawful for NHS Fife to permit her to use the women's changing room. The judge found that Peggie had likely harassed the trans woman.
